nannypMeet Paula Seymour, also known as NannyP!

Nanny P has 12+ yrs of full time nanny experience that includes:

  • 9 families
  • 18 children – ages: 18 months – 16yrs  (specialty – that wonderful toddler age!)
  • 5 cities (from the East coast – CT, NY to the West Coast – CA)
  • 1 celebrity employer (this was short term and I’ll tell you why)
  • experience with several top nanny agencies throughout the U.S.
  • BA degree in Social Science/minor in Business Admin

Nanny P Believes that…

  • Parenting is THE most important “job” one can do. (I guess a 2nd to this would be nannying then?)
  • Raising children is challenging, exhausting at times, and incredibly rewarding
  • Children need adults in their lives who’ll give them:
    • love
    • discipline
    • guidance
    • a safe environment (physically and emotionally)
    • fun and creativity
    • motivation, vision, self confidence
  • The relationship between a caregiver and the parents can be defined in such a way that a healthy “team” is formed that will greatly benefit the child/children.
  • It’s never too late when it comes to learning, growing, and taking action. Wherever you are currently at in your role as parent or nanny, you can learn a better way and your child/children can benefit from this.
